Our FIT process allows us to deliver a highly personalized, sophisticated, and educational financial planning experience. Every component of your financial strategy is meticulously organized and seamlessly integrated, ensuring a well-coordinated and effective plan tailored to your specific needs and objectives.

DISCOVERY MEETING

The Discovery Meeting is the next step of our relationship. We will begin by collecting all of your account statements, estate documents and insurance policies. We will discuss goals and collect any other information necessary to begin building your financial plan, as well set expectations for what will happen from here on out.

IMPLEMENTATION MEETING

This is where the bulk of our new client experience is spent and where it all comes to life. We will transfer your assets, discuss protection strategies, tax savings opportunities and set your Path. Once your assets have arrived, we will inventory all of your accounts, review your portfolio allocation and make any additional recommendations regarding your investments, tax strategies, estate planning or insurance needs.

FIRST REVIEW

60-90 Days from the start of our relationship we will have our first review. Here we will confirm your risk tolerance, review your goals, review your financial plan and discuss current economic conditions. We will also complete operational tasks like making sure you have Account View access and no documents are outstanding. Most importantly, we will have time to catch up and note any personal or professional changes in your life since we last spoke.

STRATEGIC AND TACTICAL MEETINGS

Going forward, we will have regular strategy meetings where we will prioritize what’s important to you and set accountability goals to ensure progress. We will also establish a communication plan, introduce you to the team, and explain how to utilize our office for all your service needs. By staying informed about your family dynamics, occupation, recreation, and finances, we will keep your financial plan updated and on track while organizing and simplifying your financial life using our proprietary PathStone process.
